Derbûyîna Ji Bihûştê
Set in the early 2000s, the film approaches the Kurdish question through two families, one from Muş and one from Istanbul; it is Ferit Karahan’s first feature. He co-wrote the script with Serdar Temel, and Ezgi Asaroğlu, Rojda Tekin and Gülistan Acet star. The film shared the Best Film award at the 50th Golden Orange Film Festival.
